7 Days Average Payout

Cash flow is critical for fringe theatre. Once your run is finished, we aim to settle your box office and transfer your funds within 7 working days.

£360 Flat Fee

One predictable cost. At £360 (inc. tax) per show, you know exactly what your break-even point is before you sell a single ticket.

Fully Managed Ticketing

Powered by TicketQuarter (TQ). Your audiences get a seamless online and telephone booking experience, and you get regular box office reports.

Simple Budget

Budgeting for a run is simple. Use our interactive tool below to model your ticket price and sales volume against the fixed venue costs.

Fee Transparency

We believe in simple, transparent pricing. Your core cost is the daily hire fee. You set the ticket price, your audience pays that advertised price, and the TicketQuarter fee and Hope Street venue levy are then deducted from the face value before the balance is paid to you. That means the customer pays exactly the price you advertise, and you can see clearly what you receive per ticket. If you sell a standard ticket at £14, the customer pays £14. TicketQuarter deducts £1.40 and Hope Street retains the £1.50 venue levy, leaving your company with £11.10 per ticket sold.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Our £360 rate is fully inclusive of your venue hire, standard technical rig, and dedicated Front of House staff.

Can I split the box office instead?

We operate strictly on a flat-fee hire basis. This structure protects artists, ensuring you keep the vast majority of your profits if your show sells well.

Do you help with marketing?

We list your show on our website, through the TicketQuarter network, and amplify your content on our social media channels. You are responsible for your core marketing campaign.

Can I hold back tickets for press and cast comps?

You have full control over your allocation. When we set-up your box office, we will give you codes for complimentary tickets and press tickets.
