Liverpool's busiest fringe venue operates on a transparent, community-friendly model. No hidden fees, no complicated splits. Just a flat daily rate and complete creative control.
Budgeting for a run is simple. Use our interactive tool below to model your ticket price and sales volume against the fixed venue costs.
We believe in simple, transparent pricing. Your core cost is the daily hire fee. You set the ticket price, your audience pays that advertised price, and the TicketQuarter fee and Hope Street venue levy are then deducted from the face value before the balance is paid to you. That means the customer pays exactly the price you advertise, and you can see clearly what you receive per ticket. If you sell a standard ticket at £14, the customer pays £14. TicketQuarter deducts £1.40 and Hope Street retains the £1.50 venue levy, leaving your company with £11.10 per ticket sold.
Adjust your primary ticket tiers below.

Booking 3 or more performances? Your first 4-hour technical rehearsal (usually £180) is completely free.
Need more hands? Additional technicians can easily be hired for your get-in or show call if required.
Audiences can relax and grab a drink at the bar in the building before the show, or bring their own drinks in.
No guessing games. We structure our get-ins and tech times so your team knows exactly when they can hit the stage. For touring productions, we aim to accommodate same-day tech.
Need a 4-hour tech rehearsal the day before? Add £150.
No hidden fees or unexpected invoices. We believe in upfront pricing so you can budget your production accurately from day one.
Our daily hire rate is exactly £360 per performance. No VAT is charged. This covers your venue space, standard lighting/sound rig, technician and front-of-house staffing.
TicketQuarter booking fees are deducted from the advertised ticket price: £0.75 for tickets priced up to £10, £1.00 for tickets priced £10.01–£13.00, and 10% for tickets priced above £13.
Need more time in the space? Most companies don't. But if you do, extra access hours are simply billed at £45/hr. Require a second 4-hour tech rehearsal? It’s a flat £180. No surprises.
No. Our £360 rate is fully inclusive of your venue hire, standard technical rig, and dedicated Front of House staff.
We operate strictly on a flat-fee hire basis. This structure protects artists, ensuring you keep the vast majority of your profits if your show sells well.
We list your show on our website, through the TicketQuarter network, and amplify your content on our social media channels. You are responsible for your core marketing campaign.
You have full control over your allocation. When we set-up your box office, we will give you codes for complimentary tickets and press tickets.
If you have specific technical questions, need to discuss a unique setup, or just want to introduce your company before committing to dates, our programming team (Sam Donovan, Nick Rogers, and Jill Eason) is here to help.
