We believe in simple, transparent pricing. Your core cost is the flat hire fee per performance. You set the ticket price, your audience pays that advertised price, and the TicketQuarter fee and Hope Street venue levy are then deducted from the face value before the balance is paid to you.

No. Our £360 per performance rate is fully inclusive of your venue hire, standard technical rig, and dedicated Front of House staff. A £1.50 venue levy is deducted from each ticket sold.
We operate strictly on a flat-fee hire basis. This structure protects artists, ensuring you keep the vast majority of your profits if your show sells well.
We list your show on our website, through the TicketQuarter network, and re-post your content on our social media channels. You are responsible for your core marketing campaign.
Absolutely. You have full control over your allocation. When we set up your box office, we will provide you with codes for complimentary and press tickets.

No. There is no minimum run length.
Many shows do 3 performances (that's our most popular package) but some do more and some less.
We programme 6 - 12 months in advance. Sometimes we have last minute availability, so it is always worth checking our live calendar on this page.
We don’t set any guidelines about the type of shows that are staged in the theatre. We welcome contemporary plays, classics, reimagined classics, new writing, musicals, new musicals and touring shows.

Tech rehearsals are usually 5pm–9pm on the day before your first show. First-show access is 4pm–11pm. Subsequent-show access is 6pm–11pm. Get-out until 12am if needed.
