Box Office Reconciliation

 

To complete this page, you will need the TQ Reconciliation Statement, the Walk Up Statement from VTIGER and details of the theatre charges from VTIGER. The process is as follows:-

1. The Production File will be updated.
2. The Reconciliation Statement will be sent to you each evening by 10pm.
3. Any amendments will need to be made before 6am the following day.
4. The Reconciliation Statement will be sent out to Nick Rogers at 7am tomorrow.

The system does not yet add or subtract the figures so they should be worked out manually when completing this form for now.
